Ashtanga is a structured style of yoga with challenging set sequences that build physical and mental stamina. The different series are believed to offer health benefits through their specific order and the connection of breath with movement.
Our teachers have been inspired by Ashtanga Yoga, it offers a great foundation for practising asana safely, improving posture and emotional regulation.

Restorative yoga is amazing for de-stressing.
Perfect when you’re working with injuries, pain in the body or when you’re feeling highly strung.
The slow pace and stillness can be challenging for some of us but your teacher will support with props, adjustments and guidance.
Expect breath work, supported asana and movement that encourages releasing tension. You’ll have bolsters, blankets and well thought out sequences that offer you the time to truly relax.

A class designed by Carrie Wilde blending somatic exercises with anatomy knowledge. Designed to compliment sports recovery, strength training & relieve pain.
Carrie has 500 hours of yoga teacher training along with in depth massage training and a passion for triathlon training, this class brings that knowledge together to help you achieve more ease and joy in your body.

These classes will share asana, pranayama & dhyana practice.
You'll work through a yoga asana sequence that builds heat in the body, releases tension around the joints and allows you to connect with your breath.
All levels are welcome, yoga is a process of learning and gradually building understanding, sometimes it helps to see how other practitioners move in and out of asana even if you feel like moving tentatively and observing at times.

If you prefer a longer session or cannot commit to weekly classes, dive into the workshops.
Workshops will compliment weekly classes for those of you diving into all the practices.
CPD workshops with visiting teachers will be open to yoga teachers and practitioners interested in further study.
