Yoga in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park

Weekly Classes

  • Flowy Vinyasa

You'll work through a yoga asana sequence that builds heat in the body, releases tension around the joints and allows you to connect with your breath.

You'll leave with a spring in your step and a kinder, more positive mindset for the day.

All levels welcome, we can adapt and support you wherever you are in your journey with asana.

  • Mobility with assisted stretches

A class designed by Carrie Wilde blending somatic exercises with anatomy knowledge. Designed to compliment sports recovery, strength training & relieve pain.

Carrie has 500 hours of yoga teacher training along with in depth massage training and a passion for triathlon training, this class brings that knowledge together to help you achieve more ease and joy in your body.

  • Relax & Restore

A class for working with somatic exercises and slow moving asana.

We also use restorative supported asana in this session. Restorative yoga is all about bringing the nervous system into a state of ventral vagal, that coasty care free zone.

An opportunity to connect with how you're feeling physically and mentally, check in with your thoughts and refresh the mind set for the rest of the week.

  • Ashtanga Vinyasa

Carrie will lead you through the Ashtanga primary Series.

This practice has a strict structure; over time we build layers of moving with the inhale and exhale, using gaze points, moving to the Sanskrit count and working through moments with our nervous system response.

An amazing practice that can offer a solid foundation for self led practice and changing habits.

Monthly Workshops

  • Restorative - All About Love

A workshop first shared in 2020, this session shares and celebrates work from writer Bell Hooks while moving through a restorative supported asana and pranayama sequence.

This workshop offers awareness of anatomy and optional hands on adjustments blending assisted passive stretches into the class, inspired by Ayurveda yoga massage.

Restorative asana is not meant to be physically demanding or challenging.

The session will leave you feeling physically relaxed, mentally uplifted and in tune with yourself.

This class will support students who are deepening understanding of Ashtanga asana, working on something that they're finding challenging or for people who enjoy learning more about the philosophy and why behind the practice.
